So I decided to keep track of my body after i work out or swimming.
Right now: 188 lbs or 85 kg( I gained 7 lbs :[, too much free food lately)Goal ( short term) : go back to 181 lbs or 82 kg
Goal ( long term): 175 lbs or 79 kg
JEALOUS? :)
just feeling like dressing up for classes today :)
And this is just me waking up in the morning… hmn.
